The new Easy-Swivel speaker rotates 180˚ for left or right side. New Simple-Release makes speaker replacements easy and you also have the option to switch the earpiece between black and clear. The tiny micro-speaker driver with dust screen puts out 1350 Ohms providing enough output for high-power radios with very little distortion. We recommend starting out at the lowest volume for the best results. Includes Fin Ultra™ ear tips for all-day comfort.

I switched to this type of earpiece and I love it. I have not had any issues with them in the 6 months or so that I have been using it. The old style would always build up condensation and made it hard to hear. I am not a paid spokesperson or anything like that just a cop who likes this product.
